The starting set was a roster of about 870 plastic surgeons we already had on file from related research. Each Instagram handle was loaded in a signed-in browser, the follower count read directly from the page, and the account name-matched to the doctor. The 110 accounts here are the ones we verified at 5,000+ followers — the threshold below which Instagram presence tends to be more peer-network than public marketing. Real big-follower accounts are almost certainly out there that aren't in this archive yet.

Each dossier shows the surgeon's public marketing footprint as it actually is right now — Instagram profile, practice website, Google rating + reviews, Ahrefs domain rating + inbound link count, Lighthouse site speed, and every linked social channel we could find. No quality scoring. The ranking is a single field — follower count. If you want to see how leading practices show up online, this is a resource for that.

Method: Instagram profiles loaded in a signed-in Chrome session and read from the page itself, not from cached metadata. Practice websites captured at 1440×900 viewport with cookie + popup overlays dismissed. Google reviews + rating pulled via Google Business data; Ahrefs domain rating + referring domain count pulled via API; Lighthouse mobile performance score per practice. No qualitative scoring applied — the ranking is a single field (follower count).
